Tactical Public Safety Feature

The Tactical Public Safety (TPS) feature provides the ability for an Incident Commander to automatically monitor and log radio communications by radio IDs at the scene of an incident. In conjunction with Conventional analog voice, TPS signaling allows digital packet data Trunking Signaling Blocks (TSBKs) containing the radio IDs to be transmitted upon a PTT button press.
